The Fora stores chain has updated its mobile application replacing standard loyalty cards.
But consumers were used to physical cards where they had accumulated bonuses and credits, worried about losing in the transfer.
It was necessary to make the transition to a mobile application as “painless” as possible for consumers.

SOLUTIONS

We decided to show that the application is the same card, just more convenient.
So combined communications of the the app and the loyalty card.
